Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from RYZE Gymwear.

If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or washing.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Underwear and base layers

  • Bottles and accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


How to Start a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll provide return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your card issuer

  • Then contact us if needed
